Q. How long does it take to ship my order?
A. All items in stock will be shipped within 2 days after you order it.

Q. Will I get an e-mail conformation?
A. When you place your order you will receive the conformation screen immediately after you place your order. If you didn't see this screen, your order didn't go through. Please reorder and make sure you hit the finalize button!

Q. What if the items I ordered is not in stock?
A. You will get an e-mail informing you when we expect the item you ordered in and when we expect to ship it, within 2 days (working days) of placing your order.

Q. I only received one of the items I ordered. When will I get the other items?
A. It generally takes about 1-2 weeks for most merchandise but it takes 2-3 weeks
for t-shirts. It takes another 2-5 days to get to you.

Q. Was I charged for the second item I didn't receive yet?
A. No. We never charge your account until we have the product in hand and ready to ship.

Q. I made an order online choosing to pay by check/money order, but I haven't received my order yet. Where is it?
A. You can not order online using a check. We do not ship COD. Print out the order form and mail it to us with your check or money order.


Q. Where can I get a money order?
A. Any US Post Office, 7-11's, supermarkets, banks, Western Union.
