If you are waiting for a product to come in, please be patient. Back orders could take any where from 2-8 weeks to fill. If you received an e-mail telling you "we were out of stock on the item you ordered and it will be in, in 2-4 weeks", this is usually true. However sometimes, some of the items we order don't come in, so we have to reorder it again. This is what's causes the delay. We're sorry about this but we only carry officially licenced products, and it is out of our control when the manufacturer is out of the item when we order it. If you received an e-mail from us please be patient & be assured that we are doing everything possible to get your order to you as soon as it comes in. If at any time you don't want to wait, please don't get mad at us, (believe us when we say, we're really trying to get the product for you, we don't want to loose the sale). Just e-mail us and write "please cancel order" and we will cancel your order and credit your account.

OUR STORE WAS DESTROYED IN THE SEASIDE BOARDWALK FIRE LAST SEPTEMBER. WE HAVE MOVED TO A NEW LOCATION BUT OUR INTERNET / PHONE LINES HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED YET. THE CABLE COMPANY CAN'T USE THE OLD LINES AS THEY WE DESTROYED BY HURRICANE SANDY THE PREVIOUS YEAR AND NEED TO BE REPLACED. WE ARE IN THE PROCESS OF DOING THIS BUT FOR NOW PLEASE E-MAIL US FOR ANY COMMUNICATIONS.
